First, we will perform a knockout search to identify any immediate red flags.

Once the name is cleared through a knockout search, we will proceed to performing a comprehensive search using state-of-the-art software created specifically for trademark attorneys. It searches Federal, State, and Common Law databases to make sure there are no impediments to registration.

We deliver an opinion letter outlining the risk level of the mark.

The Leaguelle conducts a knockout search. If no immediate red flags are discovered, we then proceed with a comprehensive search of the mark. If during the knockout search we discover immediate red flags, you are given the opportunity to revise the brand strategy with our help.
4 | Opinion Letter
We provide an opinion letter outlining the risk level of the mark.
